Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@piggybankpalace.com just in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your mailbox before contacting us if the order confirmation has been hijacked.

You will receive a tracking number following your order. You can then go to the Order Tracking page to view the progress of your order.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to make the change. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the address.

There is only a short period of time between the time you place your order and the time we begin processing. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via contact@piggybankpalace.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Otherwise, we will ship your order and you will be able to cancel once the order is received at your home. You will then have to fill in the withdrawal form that you will find in Annex 2 of our General Terms of Sale.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Yes, absolutely, book nook has no borders. We ship all over the world.

We take 48 hours to process and ship your order. The delivery time is 7 to 14 days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for United States.

You cannot return your item to us because our warehouses are in Europe and we would not like to oblige you to pay a settlement that would be too expensive for you. We do, however, grant exchanges, and we can send you a similar item or another of your choice only in the event of an anomaly reported within 10 days of receipt of the parcel, or in the event of a delivery not being made by the carrier, all at no extra cost. If you're not sure about the size, we recommend you send us an email at contact@piggybankpalace.com.

We are sorry to hear that. You need to send us proof within 10 days of delivery, simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address contact@piggybankpalace.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible. No return necessary on a damaged item, you will have the possibility to ask us for a full refund by filling in the withdrawal form that you will find in Annex 2 of our General Terms of Sale.

Payment Informations

Below are some common questions about payments.

Payments by bank card are handled with our partner STRIPE, an organization approved by the French Prudential Control Authority (approval n°16378) and member of the GIE carte bancaire. Thus, we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We only accept payment once your order has been shipped. We now accept payment by PayPal!

We aim to process refunds within three days of returning an item. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. That said, please allow up to ten business days after returning the item to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
